With the exception of Montserrat, St. Eustatius, Cuba, and a few rocks and sand bars, I’ve visited all the Caribbean Islands, including Antigua, where, during Antigua Sailing Week, in my capacity as an editor at Sail magazine, I would often wake up, wrapped in a sail on the foredeck of a boat I could not identify, to the sound of the anchor being raised.
